Warranty Information

Installations of our double glazed units are covered under a 5 year guarantee upon proof of purchase. This warranty will cover condensation/mist in-between the glass panes. Once the installation has been complete we will not be liable for any breakages or accidental damage.

Upvc/Aluminium installations

  • 10 year warranty on the installation of windows & doors
  • 5 year warranty for glass,hardware and profiles

When properly used as intended, should one of our products not perform to your expectations, Ideal Glazing Ltd will replace the defective product with the same or similar item. Monetary refunds are not available for products or additional expenses incurred with the use or application of this product; including, but not limited to, labour for installation and other materials or costs. Ideal Glazing Ltd will not replace products which have been misused or abused.
